The Hydropot™ was the brainchild of Reb Bieber, a self-made business man and Desert Storm, Desert Shield Veteran, that saw the affects of global starvation; and used other hydroponic systems. Realizing how many systems were too clunky, inefficient and not very water friendly. He knew there had to be a better way.
After a few years of five years of trial-and-error, design and redesign he finally came with a system that even blew him away. Many in the hydroponic industry too were blown away too! Check out the letter from Dr. Michael Raviv, professor at the Newe Ya’ar Research Center in Israel, Dept. of Environmental Horticulture had to say about the Hydropot™, in the letter from Reb.
Reb’s vision is to not only to have Hydropot’s used by many to grow their own food in their yards, on roof-top high rises, balconies, patios, pretty much anywhere you can put a potted plant, you can have a Hydropot™ and be able to feed your plant easily—even when you’re not home.
Reb will use the Hydropot™ technology in much larger systems where he sees a village or community able to grow food with no soil, little water and low-energy. His dream is to help make a dent in global starvation.
